Jasmin Patterson

Jasmin has served with Luke18 since 2015 and gives leadership to our worship and local community life initiatives. Born into a Christian family in New York City, she’s always carried a unique mix of passion for Jesus and the Church with a love for the arts and culture. Her fascination with performing arts, the music industry, and a deep desire to minister through Christian music and media led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Music Industry at Connecticut’s University of New Haven. She was an active student leader in her campus ministry serving in worship, prayer, discipleship, and preaching throughout her undergraduate studies. It was during those years that her passion to invest in the spiritual growth of young adults was forged, and the calling to ministry she sensed at age fifteen was further confirmed. As she approached graduation, God highlighted an emphasis on worship and prayer that would forever mark her ministry. Following that call, she completed the Onething Internship at the International House of Prayer in 2014, quickly afterward joined staff with IHOPKC, and began serving with Luke18 Project. Jasmin is also a blogger and singer-songwriter with a passion to help both seekers and believers discover and grow a genuine relationship with Jesus. To that end, she runs her own blog, Living Authentic Christianity, serves as a staff writer at NewReleaseToday and Marked Ministry Magazine, and released her debut EP, All For You, to music streaming services in June 2021.
